Working with couples as a relationship coach/counsellor involves addressing all kinds of issues, including sex and intimacy. It is a common story that a couple, with time, have gradually drifted into a sex life that is repetitive, mechanical, and somewhat boring – or just less satisfying than they would like it to be. One of the most liberating strategies for helping couples improve their flailing enjoyment of sex and intimacy is what I call “Agenda-free sex”.
