Most of my coaching sessions are done as face-to-face meetings, in person, in my Sherwood clinic (Brisbane inner South-West). Meeting face-to-face, in person, is always the recommended option, if it is possible for you to do so. However, thanks to modern technology, like the internet and even the standard telephone, there are also other options. If it is not feasible for you to have face-to-face meetings, you can have Life Coaching online or over the telephone (for you individually), and you can have Relationship Coaching online or over the telephone (for you and your partner).
You may consider Life Coaching online or phone…
- if you have health concerns e.g. relating to infectious disease;
- or if you live in a remote area, or live too far from my office to be able to attend in person;
- or if your circumstances prevent you from seeing me in person;
- or if you don’t feel that you are quite ready yet for meeting in person;
- or if you simply don’t feel the need for face-to-face coaching;
- or for other reasons of your own.
Note: If you are suffering from serious mental health illness, Life Coaching online or phone would most likely not be an appropriate option for you. If this is the case, you are recommended to consider seeing me for personal counselling as a first step.
My approach to Life Coaching online or phone
